Mills Middle Black History Month Spotlight: Ms. Mikayla Greer, 6th grade math teacher here at MMS. Ms. Greer has been in education for 3 years! Some things she loves to do outside of the classroom are sleep and eat pizza! A person who inspired her to be an educator is her high school algebra teacher because she took the time to connect with her which made her and other students look forward to come to class. She knew she wanted to make that type of impact in the classroom. An influential African American who inspires here is KeKe Palmer because she has great energy and always finds the positivity in every situation. We love and appreciate all that you do for education Ms. Greer!
