Attention | MMS Volleyball/Basketball Physical and Tryout Information
Physicals
We have May 14, 2024 on the calendar for sports Physicals at Mills Middle. We are so excited and thankful for the opportunity to provide the service and to work with you. I am attaching a link which is a form we ask that you read and complete 3-5 days before the physical date so that things are already in our system on the day of the physicals. We will also have paper copies available on the day of the physical if that is better for some of the athletes and their families. We will start the physicals at 9:00am that morning.

Tryouts
Volleyball tryouts will be held Thursday, May 16, 2024
Gym shorts, a T-shirt, and tennis shoes must be worn to try out, and all must be school appropriate
Place: Mills Middle School Gym
Time: 4:00p - 5:45p
Parents/Guardians are required to pick up their child on time.
Permission slips and consent forms must be completed and turned in before physicals and tryouts
