A message from Coach Tina Tennison at Maumelle High School:
Any incoming 7th or 8th grade girl who is interested in basketball is invited to join the 9th grade girls and Coach T in summer practices. These practices will be held at the high school Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the month of June. Practices will be held on those days from June 7 to June 23. June 6, 1944 - D-Day. The largest seaborne invasion in history occurred on this day during World War II on the beaches of Normandy. More than 4,000 members of the Allied forces were confirmed dead, but total casualties are estimated at more than 10,000.

All students should leave backpacks at home for the remaining two days of school. They may bring a lunch box, if needed, but lockers have been cleaned out, so there is no place to store items. We are still following the district dress code. Thank you!
